Tools are useful. Sometimes the decision needs a second set of eyes.

You can still request a Private Alignment Call at any point. Choosing the independent path does not close the coaching path.

Use this after you have made an aligned decision and fear, doubt, or pressure tries to reopen it. Pause, listen, then return Present You to the mission.

The Alignment Filter™ Workbook

Catch It → Call It Out → Realign → TASK 1™

One real decision. One honest pass. One aligned next move.

Bring one decision into the framework. Do not solve your whole life.

1. Decision Snapshot

Primary area

2. Body. Relationships. Purpose.

Energy, health, sleep, safety, habits, physical capacity.
People, food, money, work, approval, conflict, rest, risk, yourself.
What this builds, protects, contributes, or moves you toward becoming.

3. What Is Driving the Vote?

4. Three-Version Command Structure

Lessons, experience, evidence, warnings - not orders.
The next action, today's mission, the move you can complete now.
Destination, objective, identity, victory, what must be protected.

5. Catch It → Call It Out → Realign

What am I about to do? What happened immediately before this urge?
Fear, doubt, pressure, old pattern, approval, avoidance, TASK JUMPER™ behaviour, or alignment?
What must be protected, released, and chosen?
TASK JUMPER™ check: Am I changing tasks because the mission requires it - or because this became uncomfortable?

6. Compare the Real Options

7. TASK 1™ and the 24-Hour Mission

8. After-Action Review

TASK JUMPER™ Syndrome Assessment

Score recent behaviour, not intention.

Think about the last 30 days.

0 Never · 1 Sometimes · 2 Often · 3 Almost always. This is a branded behavioural framework, not a clinical diagnosis.

Pattern Scan

01. I move to another task when the current one becomes uncomfortable.
02. I choose smaller or easier work so I can still feel productive.
03. I start new ideas before finishing the action most likely to create the result.
04. I feel immediate relief when I switch away from an exposed or difficult task.
05. I tell myself I work better with variety when I may actually be avoiding discomfort.
06. I change priorities without deciding when - or whether - I will return.
07. I confuse motion, planning, or organizing with meaningful progress.
08. I research, redesign, reorganize, or prepare instead of executing the decisive action.
09. I wait for more confidence before completing something I already know how to do.
10. I create extra tasks when one important task feels risky, visible, or emotionally loaded.
11. I switch when fear of judgment, rejection, failure, or success appears.
12. I reopen decisions I already made instead of executing them.
13. I abandon tasks when they are close to completion or ready to be seen.
14. I let someone else's urgency replace the mission I had already chosen.
15. I struggle to name the single task that would advance the goal most.
16. I finish the day feeling busy while the key mission remains unmoved.
17. After a necessary task switch, I rarely schedule or define the return.
18. The unfinished task creates more pressure, which makes me want to jump again.

03

TASK JUMPER™ Loop Decision Card

Discomfort → Jump → Relief → Little progress → More pressure.

Use this before leaving, replacing, or postponing an important task.

The question is not whether switching is wrong. The question is why you are switching.

THE LOOP: Discomfort creates the urge to jump. The jump creates relief. Relief can feel like progress even when the mission stops moving.

04

Past / Present / Future Command Worksheet

Past You reports. Future You directs. Present You executes.

One decision. Three roles. One clear order.

Confusion grows when one version of you tries to do another version's job.

Future You holds the battle plan. Present You executes the mission. Past You provides intelligence - not orders.

Past You - Intelligence Brief

Future You - Battle Plan

Present You - Mission Order

05

Voice versus Vote Worksheet

Voice = input. Vote = authority.

A voice can be valid without being in command.

The score is not about whether a voice is good or bad. It is about whether that voice has enough evidence and alignment to control this decision.
