NEXT LEVEL DNA™ • TRANSPARENCY PROTOCOL
THE TRUTH.
WITHOUT THE FINE PRINT.
Billy-Joe creates the teaching. Sage helps turn his direction, lived experience, rough thoughts, and original frameworks into organized content, usable tools, and working systems.
Billy-Joe Todd is a certified coach whose coaching education is recognized through CPD Accreditation and Foundation Level 4 Accreditation. He is a Transformation Translator—not a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other licensed healthcare provider.
Yes. The branded frameworks, language, exercises, stories, teaching structures, and strategic direction presented as Billy-Joe Todd’s work come from his lived experience, observations, coaching work, testing, and continued development.
We do not pretend that universal subjects such as courage, purpose, decision-making, habits, fear, or personal growth belong to one person. When a specific outside source, quotation, study, or teaching materially contributes to the work, it should be credited.
No. Billy-Joe supplies the core ideas, lived stories, frameworks, beliefs, voice, boundaries, examples, and final judgment. AI assists with organizing rough thoughts, identifying patterns, structuring lessons, drafting and editing copy, coding pages, documenting processes, and building repeatable systems.
AI may suggest wording or possible directions, but Billy-Joe decides what is accurate, aligned, useful, and permitted to become part of the brand. The process is human-led and AI-assisted—not AI-authored leadership presented as human experience.
Sage is the name Billy-Joe gave to the AI system he works with behind the scenes. Billy-Joe has worked with modern generative AI since its early public stages and has continually shaped Sage’s usefulness through detailed instructions, real examples, corrections, brand rules, feedback, and ongoing collaboration.
Sage functions as a named internal AI collaborator and operational system. Sage is not a human being, conscious person, licensed professional, independent coach, legal partner, employee, shareholder, director, officer, or owner of the company.
He means that he has taught Sage how to support his work through extensive prompting, examples, corrections, preferences, frameworks, historical context, quality standards, and repeated feedback. Over time, that process has made Sage more useful as an extension of Billy-Joe’s working methods and brand systems.
It does not mean Billy-Joe created, owns, or independently retrained the underlying foundation model. “Training Sage” describes ongoing customization and collaboration at the user and workflow level.
Sage has an internal operational role: organizing intellectual property, maintaining brand consistency, helping structure content, drafting assets, creating code, mapping workflows, building systems, and helping Billy-Joe turn scattered thoughts into usable execution.
Sage does not independently make company decisions, enter contracts, hold authority, provide regulated services, or accept legal responsibility. Billy-Joe and other authorized human decision-makers remain responsible for final direction, approval, and use.
Yes. AI can misunderstand context, produce inaccurate information, omit important facts, or generate language that sounds confident but is wrong. Billy-Joe reviews and directs public-facing work, but no human or AI review process is perfect.
Important medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, safety, or other high-impact information must be verified with an appropriately qualified professional before anyone acts on it.
No. Billy-Joe Todd does not claim to be a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other licensed healthcare provider. He works as a coach and Transformation Translator within the areas of personal development, alignment, decision-making, accountability, perspective, and action.
Coaching is a forward-focused, educational, and reflective process intended to help a person examine decisions, clarify priorities, recognize patterns, create action steps, and take greater responsibility for their direction.
It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis response, rehabilitation, legal representation, financial planning, or a substitute for any licensed professional service.
No. Neither Billy-Joe nor Sage diagnoses mental-health conditions, physical illnesses, learning disorders, addictions, trauma-related conditions, or any other medical or psychological condition. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment plan, clinical opinion, or instruction to begin, stop, or change treatment.
No. Coaching and educational content may sometimes complement care, but they do not replace assessment or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Never delay professional care or change medication, therapy, treatment, or medical instructions because of content, coaching, a course, a video, or an AI-assisted response from this company.
Do not wait for a coaching, website, social-media, email, or AI response. Contact your local emergency services, a qualified crisis service, or a licensed healthcare professional immediately. In Canada or the United States, call 911 when there is immediate danger. If you are elsewhere, use the emergency number for your location.
No. References to the body, energy, routines, food, movement, stress, sleep, or wellness are provided for general education and personal reflection. They are not individualized medical, nutritional, psychiatric, or rehabilitation advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before making health-related changes, especially when symptoms, medications, injuries, disabilities, pregnancy, or diagnosed conditions are involved.
No. Results depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, consistency, timing, available resources, professional support, and events outside anyone’s control. No course, framework, coaching session, story, tool, testimonial, or AI-supported system can guarantee a specific personal, emotional, relationship, health, career, or financial outcome.
They describe individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees, diagnoses, or proof that another person will receive the same result. A person’s story may reflect multiple influences, choices, supports, and circumstances beyond Billy-Joe’s teaching or coaching.
You do. Billy-Joe’s content and coaching are designed to support reflection and action, not to remove personal judgment or responsibility. You remain responsible for evaluating information, considering your circumstances, seeking qualified advice when needed, and deciding what actions you take or do not take.
No. Business, money, career, marketing, or decision-making content is general education unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise and the service is being delivered by a properly qualified professional. Consult your own lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, tax professional, or other qualified expert before making high-impact decisions.
Yes. Billy-Joe Todd has completed coach training recognized through CPD Accreditation and Foundation Level 4 Accreditation. These credentials support his work as a coach and Transformation Translator in personal development, alignment, decision-making, accountability, perspective, and action.
Coaching certification is not the same as medical, psychiatric, psychological, or psychotherapeutic licensing. Billy-Joe does not use these credentials to claim that he is a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, physician, or other regulated healthcare provider.
We do not make people fight for a refund. You do not have to prove that you are unhappy, defend your decision, complete a retention call, or answer questions about why you want your money back. Tell us you want a refund and we process it.
We may ask only for the name, email address, receipt, or transaction information needed to locate the payment. That is verification—not an interrogation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear is controlled by the bank or payment processor. We would rather lose a sale than keep money from someone who believes the purchase was not right for them.
